It has been quite a while since I disassembled my bird and I should have taken better pictures - but its not clear to me how to install the convertible well liner. - Does anyone have any pictures they could steer me to. Also - I don't have top installed yet - is it OK to install the liner first (I was planning on having a pro do the top installation).

Also any pictures of the front convertible bow would be a help. - Is there weather stripping that goes across there?

The liner and the top really go in together as a set. You could put the liner in, but whoever installs the top will take the tack strips all back out anyway.

Are you asking about the top header bow? Yes, there ia weatherstrip. It goes all the way around to the back on both sides. Its a 5-piece set.

I hate to thread jack but how does the well connect to the back of the seat?

Not sure how it is "supposed" to connect, but I glued mine to seat support.

I did as well...with a good contact adhesive. 3 years and still firmly in place...

Nope. Black is the standard.

Correct, anything other than black will reflect off the back window(not that us vert guys/gals drive with the top up)and decrease visibility.

only time my top goes up is if I get caught in a rain shower....has not been many times....as a matter of fact most HALFers dont think I even have a top
