The newer spoiler I purchased last week showed up, and I AM PSYCHED!
It is obviously a more accurate part than the one many of us bought several years ago. See the attached pic. I propped it up on top of my current one just to see how the QP rear edges match up, which is where the problem has always been:
You can clearly see that the newer spoiler is MUCH more in line with our 1968 rear curves, and the measurements match all the way across the assembly. You can also see that the pedestals are about 3/4 inch shorter than the other spoiler, which is exactly what was needed to bring the wing down to the 1968 body.
I'll paint it and install this weekend if the wife gives me time. More to follow.

Its the original 400, and it'll continue to just sit there doing nothing for as long as the new 428HO M3 monster continues to tear up the highways and byways!!
