Ok guys/gals I recently bought some new rubber that fits behind the light assembly, front bumber, etc...

On a scale of 1 to 10 how difficult it to do this?

Any tips you guys can share on how to make it easy?

It's not easy. I would take the whole nose loose so you can move it out a couple inches. To do this you have to take off the nuts that hold the nose up. These are on the corner gussets. Then you should loosen the four 1/2 inch bolts that hold the nose assembly to the sub-frame. You can now pull the nose out away from the fenders. Remove the carriage bolts that hold the plastic headlight surrounds in place. You may want to loosen the nuts that hold "bat wing" filler to help give you room to remove and reinstall the surrounds.

Ok...so do i need to disassemble the headlights?

I assume you mean the four bolts that sit in front of the radiator?

corner gussets?

Yes, you have to remove the headlight bezels. You also have to remove the bumper. An assembly manual is highly recommended.
