Take the radio out first, then there is enough room (if you have small fingers) to reach up there and swap them out.
Don't forget you need a special shape and correct ohm speaker if you are re-using the original style radio. New speakers don't work with the old radio. (and vice versa)
The bottom of the speaker has a sloped shape and a bump on it that the speaker mounting bracket fits over.
It's an easy swap if everything is there. If you don't have a speaker there now, you may also be missing the special mounting bracket. Those are sold on Epay though.

Thanks 68tpls400. I'll see if I can fit my not so small fingers in there. I have no idea what I have (as far as the speaker) but I know it rattles like it wants to escape when I go over train tracks. Hopefully everything is there and the mounting bracket is somehow loose.
