haha well I'm actually asking because I'd like to sell them. I'm hoping someone knows the fitment specs on these cars so I don't have to remove the front and rear wheels to confirm if they fit or not... My Firebird is currently tucked away in the garage for at least a few more weeks (it's still snowing here in Calgary)
Last week I tried putting mine (I have an '85 IROC) on the Firebird just to see if they would fit. I had heard that the fronts would go on the rear and rears on the front. That did not work, rubbed at the rear. I think it would only work with two sets of rears. Even then the fronts rubbed a little with rear set mounted there. Looked great though. I would post some pics if it wasn't such a pita.
There is a guy in town here that drives a georgeous 57 Chevy (tuquise & white) and he has Iroc rims on it. Needless to say nobody can quite understand who would do something that looks so horrendous. To each his own...
If you had a 2nd Gen, you'd want four with the rear (5.25) spacing. If you're a 1st Gen, you'd want four with the front spacing (4.75) - but I forget if that is with drum or disc brakes.
Maybe you can trade 2 for 2 with a 2nd Gen owner. :-)
