I am attempting to mount the Firebird emblem on my glove box door which had never had the emblem before. Besides drilling the holes for location (got the location from a thread in this forum - thank you) how else is it mounted... epoxy?
Thanks,
Steven

Circular tube clips slide onto the posts of the emblem and it is inserted into the holes that you drilled. The clips "lock" the emblem in place. Kinda hard to explain . . .
In your case, I would use just a dab of 3M Emblem Adhesive after drilling the holes
Just make absolutely sure you are happy with the paint job on the door, first.

Mine did not have the emblem either , bought one , installed by using the one of the pins , filed the other down ,since I did not want to disasssemble the glove box door to add a clip... , just used one pin for guide and stabilizer , and used a dab of silicone to hold it in place.
