That is the 68 deluxe steering wheel. No, it's not reproduced and they are hard to find, let alone in good shape. The one above appears to have significant cracks. I've heard they can be recast but unaware who does that and how much. A steering wheel restoration kit runs about $80 and after 30 or 40 hours of work can produce a nice finished product.

It is a one year only item. Black can sometimes be found in usable condition but the colors don't seem to be as stable. Black wheels in decent shape can restore nicely, again colors are harder to match.
Recast is the way to go but be prepared to pay the price.

One year only and also deluxe interior only. Hard to beleive someone doesn't just make a mold and offer these wheels at a premium. I'm sure there is enough people willing to pay the price it would seem to me...
I bought the restore kit and am 1 year into restoring it as time permits, down to the sanding now...but I wired the split parts down and together before I ground filled and sanded, looks like it will come out nicely and hopefully stay that way. I certainly see why they charge 5-800 bucks to restore them tho...but I love the wheel and want it back on!

I'm sure there is some legality and demand issues like with any official repop. Can't wait to get mine redone.... clear top and all!
Good ones are out there, just Very hard to find and the better the shape the more you'll have to pay...
That's what my 67 had also was the clear top. It was sadly replaced by the last owner with a standard black wheel (in pretty nice shape though) But I'd love to some day find the correct wheel to put back in... Nice start Jeremy!
