I have a problem and I don't know how to solve it.

I am looking for help from everyone's infinite wisdom. Yes,I am really sucking up, b/c I don't know what to do.

I installed new seals in the vent windows and then installed them in my new doors. but I have this gap where the door opening is 1 1/4" wide and seal is 1" wide. Has anyone else had this problem? what ways could I fix this?

I had a similar problem when I replaced the seal. This bottom part has to be pushed in the rail of the frame with quite some force. Use some sope and slide the bottom part from the edge to the rail corner. After that it worked and looked nice
