My name is Jon Orr from Australia who currently owns a 1968 hard top aegena blue coupe firebird that took 2nd place at the pontiac nationals, here in Australia a few years ago.I have a real passion for these early firebirds. I was hoping someone might know of, or be able to recommend a 1968 firebird 400,4 speed, convertible, preferbly H.O,with original rust free sheet metal, must be documented numbers matching and still painted in its original body tag paint code color in excellent condition. Color is important, my preferences are turquoise, blue's, burgundy and nightshade green. I dont mind doing work as long as the paint work and body are in excellent condition.
I was looking to spend around the 30k mark, I'd appreciate any information you could send my way Contact me through my email : jonkarenorr@hotmail.com Cheers Jon
U.S firebird enthusiasts. Down under Australia, still seeking 400 firebird, manual, convertible. Are there any other sites or channels to source the car I have decribed?
Hi Gus68, I also appreciate the offer but I am looking for a firbird that doesnt need any panel or paint work and am willing to outlay more money to find a car that doesnt need alot of work as I already have an Australian car (factory chev powered 327 monaro built by GMH in 1968) that is in the middle of a rotisserie restoration.
