I finally got some pictures of my '67 Firebird uploaded. The color is a little washed out. It's the best my camera can do on such a sunny day. It is 2007 Toyota FJ Cruiser - Voodoo Blue.
All exterior sheet metal is new except for the trunk lid, roof, and rocker panels. This includes 2 complete door shells.
I will post pictures of when the car was purchased when I get a chance. It was not a pretty sight, I assure you!
Monkey, The Bird looks Great!!! Where abouts are you in the lovely state of Ohio? FYI- Since someone stole your engine, I do have a 350 and 400 engines for sale.......

Absolutely awesome! Nice color, nice work etc. If you can, maybe give a quick review of the sheetmetal used such as brand and fit etc. Would be very helpful to those who need to do the same etc.
Thanks to everyone for the kind comments! Hunker down for some info, everybody!
A little about the car first. It was originally made in the Lordstown, Ohio plant and equipped with a 326/2BBL/2-speed. It is an A/C car and the original color was Linden Green with a black vinyl top and remote mirror. The rear axle ratio is 2.93:1.
The car was purchased with the original 326, driveshaft, but no tranny. I found a rebuilt Pontiac T350 transmission/torque converter that I purchased locally. It had been painted about 5 times in various colors and even had a lightning bolt down the driver side door!
The 326 was taken to the machine shop and was baked and bored .30 over. Crankshaft was turned and all main bearings were installed. Car will have a 4BBL carb and a mild Erson cam. The heads were baked, magnafluxed, and worked over by a friend of mine who has been doing heads for years. Dual exhaust will also be installed. Not necessarily an HO car, but close enough to warrant the HO stripes which I really like.
The car had been hit in the right rear of the quarter panel at some time which bent the right frame rail right at the top of the wheel arch. We did not notice this until we hung the right quarter panel skin! Fortunately I found an amazing gentleman who had a frame straightener and he performed magic on that frame rail! The car now sits straight when looking at it from the rear.
Sheet metal from front to rear replaced (unfortunately I cannot remember each supplier, sorry).
Front valance panel (great fit) Fender extensions (good fit) '67 Camaro RS fenders (between good/great fit) Passenger side wheel housing (great fit) Core support (great fit) 400 hood (bought at swap meet for $250, no box - good fit) 2 door shells (driver side fit great! Passenger side a little off due to hanging the quarter skin before door) Both driver and passenger floors (good fit) Driver side sheet metal under rear seat (good fit) 2 quarter skins(both fit great with some work, previous quarters were attached with pop rivets and mudded over!) Both rear outer wheels housings (good fit) Filler panel between rear window/trunk lid (great fit) Gutter for trunk opening/weatherstripping (had to be cut and worked - decent fit) Trunk floor (great fit) Rear tail panel (great fit after a bit of work)
