Found some interseting info I thought I'd share.
I was under the impression that headrests weren't available until 1969. Well, it turns out they were a very rare option complete with an RPO number for '67 and '68. Only 1% of the the '67 & '68 Firebirds/Camaros came with this $52.00 option.
And guess what?
My '68 has it!
I love finding out odd stuff like this.

Even more rare than headrests are convertible front shoulder belts. I have not yet seen one other car so equipped.
