Welcome to the group! Best place to find all the info you need on your first gen! Nice ride by the way.
A good friend from up here in the Seattle area just moved back to WI and took his 68 Drop top with him (long term high end resto) I'll have to get you Old Joe's info.

Just outside of Milwaukee, little town called Pewaukee.
I will try to get some pictures up. I only have two pictures of the new paint job, as the rear drum brake cylinder (driver's side) decided to spring a leak after I brought it home from the body shop. Probably from the 2 months it sat while the car was getting painted and some other body work done, which I have been told drum brakes dont like sitting around not doing anything for that long a period of time. Its going to the shop tomorrow to get fixed.
Welcome to the site. Im sure if you show your car, we'll end up meeting as there arent that many birds in Wisconsin... and I tend to navigate towards them at shows.
WiscBird - I may hit a few meets around Waukesha, but work is going to have me out of town alot in the next few months. I do plan to try to hit more shows and meets next summer. Let me know which ones you'll be at and I will keep an eye out.
Took some more shots this morning while I was waiting for the flatbed to arrive...will try to get them up here...
Nice looking car we need more of them in Wisconsin so welcome. I have a friend with an 68 April Gold covert that lives in Sun Prairie WI. Its a nice color. Hope to see you around some time. Steve
