Well we're back in hot & humid Texas...the venue for the run was fabulous, heaven on earth I called it. As beautiful as it is in the summer, I don't think I'd like the winter there though, so I'll suffer with our hot humid days here ;-)... Was really great to put some faces with some of the user names. The cars/people/area were all super!! Wish we had more time to check out some of the scenery...maybe in a couple years for us. Hope everyone had a safe and trouble free trip back home..whereever that may be. Great vid Jim, looking forward to more of those!! Here are some selected pics we took, Kel Cannonbird 2010

Hey, the Niagra Falls area sounds like a good idea for next year. There's a few of us in upstate NY and there seems to be a number of Ontarians.

Niagara Falls would be nice as well. One thing I noticed from the pics coming in is just how much room I thing like this takes. Some places you add 50 more cars and you have grid lock!

If you do Niagra Falls, be sure to have it on the Canadian side. I grew up in Tonawanda 15-20 mins from Niagra Falls, NY. Trust me, nothing but a dump!

Back to Austin last night. Safe, sound and sweaty! We had a great time in Estes Park. Many thanks to everyone who organized the event. It was great to see so many fine Firebirds! Great to see the HALF guys again and really great to put faces with the usernames! Over 1900 miles and the car ran great. Averaged over 17 MPG with one leg through NM over 19! Gotta love overdrive. Ran into some hail in Colorado springs and had rain off and on the whole trip. Cooled us off, but I found out my trunk leaks Next project...

As I look at all of these great photos and videos and read everyone's stories, I feel like kicking myself in the rear for missing this event. Even though I didn't go, I'd like to extend my thanks to those who organized this event. And it's nice to see that so many people were able to show their support and attend.

Great pics and video - looks like a great time! I would have loved to see the faces of passers-by as so many FGFs rumbled past!
Learning as I go! Not stock, but doing as much as I can myself.
