Anybody got a current one? I don't usually use Classic for parts but a buddy is going down to LA this week to spend some bank and I'm going to have him pick me up some stuff that has to be shipped oversized normally(you all know how much that is). Figured I'd try to save him some dough too.
I know this is too late for you Robert. Here is there new 20% off sale Sep 1-30 2010 PS2187 I would watch most everything that they sell. I have returned a lot of stuff because it don't fit. I even go there to look at the parts. They look like they would fit, but when you go to install. They fit like @#$%
Thanks. Just got my post card the other day too. I ended up making a partial order with Ames. Supposed to be here tuesday. I know my buddy must be pissed. He and his body guy drove all the way to LA to buy a couple grand worth of parts about 2 weeks ago. I'm not really a big fan of Classic but 20% is pretty good. The rest of the stuff I need is pretty generic. 20% might cover the shipping.
What sort of things did not fit? Body panels? Interior pieces?
Interior stuff. The A-Pillar padded molding for my 69 is like 1/2" to short. And the dash pad did not fit well. Also the new door hinges put my door 1/4" back to far, could not close the door. I even elongated the holes.

That's sucks! How can these people continue to sell stuff like that?
