Hoy all, do ya ever get the feeling that life moves to darn fast, and ya can't catch up? I've found myself in those running shoes all year. A good thing has come my way, the company of a special lady in my life, Leah. That accounts for a lot of my time. The rest has been the general brouhaha of life. I'm also downsizing a bit, not because I have to, but because I want to. I just got too much stuff, and not enough time. I'll be selling the '72 Honda CB350 tomorrow, and I have plans to sell my '73 Honda CL350 in the next few weeks. Sadly, I'm also letting my cammer coupe go as well. I'm going to keep the convertible and my new '09 Kawasaki Versys. I'm still vacillating on selling my '94 BMW R1100RSL though. I would like to get that back on the road, but, who knows. Hey, before I forget. The Trans Am Nationals are coming up this weekend in Dayton, Ohio. Since I won in my class last year, I'm out of the running, and that puts me in the winners circle. Hope to see ya there if ya can attend. Well, life calls. I must get back to the day in day out. So for now...
Get out there and enjoy life, but keep us up to date.

Not sure which consumes more time, women or cars, but in the long run the car is cheaper
Definately easier to troubleshoot
Oh for sure. It's like reacquainted yourself with that first foreign car. But, I've never owned one. She's worth all the time and money I have to devote. It does cut into time with the 'bird. But Leah likes to help with the cleaning detail. It makes that more enjoyable, and not so much a chore.
We had a great time at the T/A Nats. I thought for sure she would be bored out of her mind. She's not a motorhead, so she had lots of questions about the cars and parts.

lol, Well I can say that she understands me to... a better degree anyway. I'd say we have a good understanding of one another. We have our moments, but who doesn't?

Bob, the CB was under my care for seven years. I say was, for it was sold last week. A young man bought it to restore and ride. I didn't have the heart to part it out, and glad he was going to take care of it. I've had the 350 Scrambler for eight years. It's up and running again after a long rest. It's sale will come next week, to the first person that can put $1800.00 in my hand.
Well, I need to talk to my significant other, to sooth her need for attention. So for now
Tom, you say you're thinking of selling the 69 cammer? What kinda price were you kicking around? PM me if you don't mind.Oh I had an old cb honda I bought for my brother to ride. He thought it look like an old mans bike and wouldn't ride it. I paid 400 for it sold it for 500 some 15yrs ago. Joe

Well are you an "airhead" or not? If the Versys is comfortable to tour on why not just sell the Beemer. And tell her you need more alone time to hang around here more often!
