My 68 sat that way for the enire 10 years we owned and I had replaced EVERYTHING front to back etc. Then, after it was rearended, it sat 100% perfectly level from side to side, go figure! lol

mine is slightly off in the rear too, I know why.....I checked it years ago....its a bent sub frame...not fixing it ,its not bad enough...but the opposite end, corner kicks down in the rear from sub frame being somewhat 'up' in front....check your sub frame...I fixed mine by adding in a coil spring adjuster in the front for now
frame bushings are new too. i tried a taller shackle on drivers side. ya. still sits lower but now driver's side suspension is tighter. haven't checked frame yet. thanks for the tips, except for the fat chick one. lmao
Mine was really bad before the restoration. I also had a bent subframe. Much better now but not perfect. I was told by a body shop that most unibody cars are a little crooked.
Mine was also sitting crooked. We discovered a bend in the rear passenger side frame rail right at the top of the arch leading down to the back of the tail panel. And this was after the body work was done and getting ready to be painted.
I took it to a guy who straightens frames and he completely pulled it out and it sits perfectly even now. It did make a crease in the top of the quarter panel ever so slightly but we just had to mud it in a little to make that work.
I was thrilled because I can't stand being behind a car on the road and seing a crooked rear end.
Even worse is a truck that has the bed cockeyed with the front cab. It looks like a huge sandcrab going down the road.
