I just bought this car about three weeks ago. Its a numbers matching 400 with a 400 auto. I looked up the paint and body codes and I am wondering if they made a car like this with a black vinyl top and white interior? I was thinking about changing the top to black. It looks like they did, but im not sure i understand the paint codes clearly.
Nice looking car Kenny! A little engine detailing and your done. Love the white interior. Car looks brand new. The white top will reflect a lot off heat off your car where the black will absorb it ... just saying

Was it out of CA?

very nice....looks like its all there and only needs engine detailing, but if you keep the hood closed , nobody will know...it looks great on the outside and inside....love the hubcaps too, those are rare today!
68tpls400, I put the car on here last summer, cause i was thinking about buying it. Well I bought it, it came out of Santa Rosa Ca.
Can someone show me what im doing wrong when posting pics, so I can do it easier?
Thanks for all the compliments guys...Im pretty lucky to have it. I might not be able to add much tech advice here, im not an experienced mechanic. But I have learned a lot just from lurking around. I have a lot to learn, that is what i bought the car for. It should be a lot of fun.

I dont use photobucket, to me its very complicated (had to do it on the Triumph site...)....I just "open" my pictures from "My pictures" on my computer...
I drew my line this year - I don't see any point to Facebook, Twitter or "smart phones".

I had to sell it. 1980 Turbo Trans Am 1970 Mustang fastback, 351C 4Bbl, auto 1988 Mustang GT, 5 speed 1983 F-150 4x4, built 302 1994 Chevy K2500 HD 4x4, 454 TBI
As computer illerate as I am, I have been quite happy with Photobucket. It seems to be easy to use and play with. It seems more intuitive for a beginner.
But what do I know? I know just enough about computers to be dangerous. (or at least that's what my business associates tell me)

That's OK 'cause if you're good with a camera, a lot of people could use your assistance to help restore our cars. (Me included!)
