My rebuilt Qjet(400/th400),has been running fine for 500 + miles, but now the float(s) seem to be stuck.( Gas oozing out of the plunger/top of carb, won't stay idling ) What do I need to do to get back running again ? Thanks,

The only quick fix that I can think of is rapping the carb with the plastic end of a screw driver. What kind of fuel pressure are you running? is it stock or a higher pressure pump.
I believe I'm all stock. Tried tapping the carb already, but not getting any results.

If you have a rubber fuel line somewhere between the fuel pump and carburetor here is what to do.More than likely you probably have a piece of dirt between the needle and seat.1. Pinch off the rubber hose needle nose vice grips 2.Start the car and let it run for about 30 seconds 3.After it has ran for 30 secs release the vise grips. The built up pressure in the line will usually blow out the dirt. Works for me
