If you don't mind, I could use a little help selling my Firebird. I've listed it on oldride.com: http://www.oldride.com/classic_cars/569342.htmlPlease direct people to it if they're looking for a clean 69 coupe.

Car looks really nice. Hate to see you sell. Are you getting out of the hobby or looking for something else? Just curious...

Thanks all. I need to generate cash. My divorce kicked my a$$ financially and the bird's the only liquid asset I have left.

Thanks Dave. I'll take you up on the pint and the cruise. Don't feel too sorry for me. I'll still have wheels. My son and I are working on a 79 T/A and I'm driving an 04 GTO.

Absolutely love the gold T/A! Best of luck to you, that's one situation I'd never wish on anyone...

Beautiful paint job and well detailed. Sorry you have to part with it.
I would start it here in Western Canada at $22k (US OR Cnd $). That car will sell here for sure! Let me know if you want me to post an ad here for you. Cost = $0

It's priced to sell, but this is a bad time of year unless somebody's buying Firebirds for Christmas presents.
By the way, the solar gold TA isn't gold anymore. It's stripped to the metal. Someday (in better times) it will be nocturn blue with gold stickers and hobnail cloth interior. Right now we're doing whatever doesn't cost anything.

What's that? Sitting in a chair in the garage and looking at it while you sip beer that somebody else brought over.

What's that? Sitting in a chair in the garage and looking at it while you sip beer that somebody else brought over. While that would be a good plan, I was talking about sanding, degreasing, disassembling, cleaning... My son bought a new set of hobnail cloth seat covers and carpet. We recovered the seats and they came out nicely.
