When I try to change the avitar in "My Stuff", it always reverts back to a Smiley. I can, however, change the sig. Can anybody tell me why?

Avatar is the Firebird you can select from My Stuff. Not sure if you may be referring to the Mode icon instead.

Yes, it's the Firebird avatar I am talking about. When I select the one I want, it doesn't appear under my name. I didn't notice that the smiley shows the online status.

I just tried it again and it just displays a blank square on my profile page. It's also weird that my password shows to be 18 characters. I changed it to my normal 6 character password and it goes right back the 18 character one. It hasn't caused a problem because I am automatically logged in when I visit.

Maybe it's a Firefox thing.

I tried it in Explorer and it does the same thing. When I select the "Stock Avatar", it doesn't show anything either.

Strange as I logged in as you and had same issue. i will have to rebuild the database.

For the password, it will always max out the characters after it is saved to help conceal password. It did not change password, only it's appearance by the ***********.

Just need to click on the radio button "Use Stock avatar" after selecting one and then hit submit. Not as apparent as should be with only the one option available. The custom avatar feature is turned off and would make it more apparent.
