Recently purchased 67 400 and the previous owner said the tachometer has been repaired 3 times, works for awhile and then fails. The tach is painted so I don't want to replace the whole thing, just the insides. Any suggestions? Where can I get new insides or is there someplace I should send it to get it repaired again?
The ignition system is a Mallory...don't know if that is what is causing the problems.
