I know we all like rebuilding our classic musclecars but was wondering if anyone was into rebuilding their own muscle or keeping it in tip top shape? How many of you here keep fit whether it is lifting, running,hiking,etc... I was always in shape but had side stepped to weightlifting about three years ago as my knees forced me out of competitive sports.I am looking to compete in a Masters Natural division sometime in the future.Currently 6'2" 254lbs.
I posted my "potato bag" workout routine a few weeks ago. One of these days I will need to add a potato or two. Argh!!

Sh#t David you look alot different than the first time i meet you,That takes alot of dedication ...Man i need to loose some weight ! Uploaded with ImageShack.us
David sure has "built up" lately.....this pic is 6.5 yrs old...what about the car , David?
Car is still sadly awaiting paint for the past 4 years.I have dropped some major coin every year on something.Inground pools, couple of replacement vehicles, bathroom reno,etc.... I Am hoping this year, even if it is a Maaco paint job but have been chatting with a friend about spraying it.I just want one solid colour on it and I'd be ecstatic. I seem to put everything else ahead of the bird' This year marks 14 years since I have last had it on the road Did not drive the Olds' last year either as my insurance doubled because of a stupid accident my wife had and it was not financially realistic to have three vehicles on the road with myself being the sole income provider.
