I'll be doing some body work shortly here on my 67 coupe, has anyone ever seen a flushed gas cap door on a 67/68? Im thinking of having the body shop weld the door shut to clean up the rear end and turning the gas filler neck so it exits into the trunk. If anyone has attempted this or has pics please post em or give me the 411 on how it turned out. TIA
Or you could buy a 1969 year gas tank and license plate holder and have it exit in a stock location behind the license plate. The other hole is already there.
