I have 69 hardtop Bird and need new sun visors. The old ones (original I assume) are ribbed. Is the correct material for the visors ? I want to make sure I put the correct ones back.
I have a pretty nice set of black originals for sale if you are interested. They were taken off a car about 20 years ago.

I thought I would need new ones for my car because they were faded and the edging was coming apart. The wife re-sewed on the edging and I sprayed it with the SEM BLACK dye and they are good to go.
They are fine, but the stitching is coming apart around the edges. they do need a good cleaning though. I took them to a upholstery shop, but they told me they could not fix them. They said we can can order you new ones, heck I can do that myself.
They did mention they had just done a 69 Camaro interior, but had but perforated visors back in it. I wasn't sure that was correct.
