I was wondering if someone could help me out?My 69 Bird was originally paint code 87,windward blue,I got some paint mixed up to paint the outside of the firewall,and the shade seems to be lighter than what`s on my dash panel.Was there different shades of windward blue?

Dash paint is not the same code as exterior paint. Pull a door sill plate and see if there is a little hiding under the plate or under the edge of the carpet.

I have a full gallon if you need a sample card of it
