Hey Guys i am currently doing a disc brake swap on my car and i want to know where i can get all the torque specs for putting the backing plates, the caliper brackets, the calipers, master cylinder, and so forth i have a chilton manual but there is nothing on there about torque specs for the things i need. where ca i look for these on the web?
Joe, I have a few "MOTORS" manuals, and the 67 service manual... I can see if I find anything, but it won't be until later tonight or tomorrow before I can get you the info?
I'll look around a bit and see if I find anything on line?
I actually found a original 4 piston setup and had the calipers rebuilt at Lonestar caliper in texas. i went through a corvette dealership near my house $125.00 each caliper and then i bought a 9" booster from Right Stuff detailing for 179.00 and then i order a combo valve from Mp brakes i bent my own lines and i already had a the master cylinder. so far i think i have less than $600 or between $600-$700
