This is the piece of trim that covers the pinch weld at the rear of the door opening. I see them for around $100 and it just seems like a lot of money for two small pieces of trim.
Wondering if you guys have paid that or opted for the less expensive "by the foot" stuff?
Doesn't sound like an option for you? They are on Epay from time to time.

I used some of the "by the foot" type stuff. (Don't remember if I got it from Ames or Classic.) It just doesn't have a nice finished end at the top. It's not real noticeable, the interior panel covers most of it, and since I don't sit in the back seat, it doesn't bother me.

Larry, I imagine yours were blue originally like mine? To be honest, I haven't looked much, but haven't been able to find any in the right Blue yet for my lighter Blue interior... If you have the originals and can use them for a little while. I'll see if I can check with a friend who owns a Muscle car parts place near me to see what he can come up with. If he can get it, he also ships...
Thanks guys. Of all the pieces I took off this car during disassembly these are the only two pieces I can't find. Seems that I had them out last fall and misplaced them. I am leaning towards the by the foot stuff for right now. I am pretty sure that is what was in there before although I don't see anyone offering it in a parchment color.

They're hiding with your rear marker lights you tucked away for safe keeping.

On one of mine I was only missing one side, and I kept looking for just one at the swap meets. I eventually just bit the bullet and bought the pair and replaced the old one with new as well.
