Some help needed here by a beginner. I am installing a steering wheel I received as a Christmas present from my loving wife. It is a Sport Steering Wheel from PYI code PY138K. Problem is I am uncertain about connecting the center horn button. Previous steering wheel was a black plastic two spoke with horn bars on each spoke. I have read through the posts but really need help from someone who has done this. With the old horn there is a wire fed through a white plastic protruding shaft to the left of the steering shaft which was connected to the horn bar. With the new steering wheel contact kit there is a "nail", a spring and a black plastic cap that would appear to replace the wire connection by passing into the white plastic protruding shaft and then making contact the round horn switch when pressure is applied. Has anyone any experience with this? I have attached some pictures. Thanks
