i am experiencing a voltage drop at my fuse panel. voltage is same as baterry thru voltage regulator to fire wall. but when i check voltage at fuse panel it is one volt lower at buttom of fuse panel and gets to 2 volts lower at top of fuse panel. so basically when the key is in the on position, my electric choke only reads 10.58 volts and at distributor it reads 11.58 volts. is my problem in fuse panel or can my ignition b causing a problem?

Don't forget there is a resistance wire between the fuse box and the coil (if stock).
