I am getting some conflicting info. I have a 1967 Firebird that originally had the 6 cylinder in it. It did get a 400 at some point, but they welded the motor mounts to the subframe. They just tacked the corners, so an easy fix. The question is.....did the 6 cylinder subframes have the V-8 motor mount holes? I have heard yes and no. Does anyone have a picture that can show the Pontiac holes and the Chevy holes? Any help is great. Thanks.
The subframes used the same holes for the OHC6 and V8. The metal perches and rubber mounts were different. I have a Cammer in an original 350 car and used the cammer mounts to the same locations. Good luck
