I need a center (drag) link for a 69 firebird V8. Rebuilding a worn out front suspension. I was shocked to find you can not find new V8 versions, at least not cheap ones.
Just replaced my origional one about a year ago, and $150 is dirt cheap. Also, cheap isn't the way to go with such type of parts. My only complaint is that the part uses metric hardware, I think it's an 18mmm nut on netric theread. Nothing against metric measurement, but I like old school American on my car.
I have a center link that I removed from a 69 part's car a few years back. I'll give you a great deal on it if you still need one. I think that the reason companies do not offer them is that they do not go bad too easily unless you have a front end collision.
