I have a pontiac firebird 1967 with a 400 engine. When ever I take the car out and get on the car for a while going aprox 45 to 60 miles an hour and come to a stop the car stalls out. I start the car again and make it to the next stop light come to a stop and the car stalls out. After this happens a couple times the car will not start at all untill the car has completely cooled down. I have take the carburator apart and cannot find any problems.
If none of these things work, you might also try replacing the coil to see if this changes anything. I believe that a cracked/bad coil will sometimes act up after the car is warmed up since the crack expands when hot.
