When I bought my Firebird, there were a box with extra parts in the trunk. Most of them I recognize, but there are others I haven't been able to identify. On this picture, I found out that the part to the left is the fiber optic lead to the ash tray (I found the answer in this thread: https://firstgenfirebird.org/forums/ubbth...true#Post185368 ) But, does anyone know what the black part to the right in the photo is? It looks like a holder for an instrument light bulb, only bigger. It has some kind of circuit board in it. Could this be a Firebird part? Ronnie Stensson Sweden

Not a 1st gen. If it weren't for the wires I'd say it looks like the bulb to a LED flashlight.

Thanks for the answers. It seems that I have an unidentified black part from an unidentified vehicle.
