When I bought my car, it had the following gas door on it:
It has the indentation at the bottom of it. I really like the look but am not sure if it is correct. I have seen different gas doors and actually have one that is completely flat.
Which is correct?
FWIW, the front grills on my '68 appear to also be for a 1967. And my car came with a round mirror(March '68 build date). After I bought it, there were some signs that I missed during the purchase process that would indicate the car was in a wreck at some point.

I did check both part numbers in PY's parts lookup, but neither one returned a result.

That is a gas door for '67 only. Your build date would also have had a rectangular driver's mirror.
I have a couple xtra '68 gas doors if you need one.
I used to be indecisive. Now I'm not sure. Thanks, that was what I was thinking on the gas door. I do have a correct gas door that I got with the shell I purchased.
