Hello, hope I am not missing an older post, but on my 68 I want to convert to an internally regulated alternator. Would anyone know what to do with the wiring situation/ wires going to the external voltage regulator? Any help would be appreciated. Thanks, Jeff

They make a conversion plug. Most places that supply electrical harnesses will have this plug.

In my case I got the whole harness that was already pre wired for the internal regulated Alt.

I have an internally regulated alternator. Make me an offer.

Easiest is to buy the conversion jumper setup from M&H. They have one for a 12SI and one for a CS130. Plug and play, takes less than a minute to install.
