Is it a convertable? I know there is a large 'vert top relay on those cars.

No, this is not a convertible but this might be the blower motor relay. One of the wires in the pic goes from this mystery part over to the heater core area. The problem is the previous owner removed the A/C so there might be a few other wires that I can't connect to anything.

Blower motor relays are inside the car on top of the heater core casing.

Brown or orange single wire from ignition (hot in run or accessory) to blower motor relay (appears to be 4 prong), the three prong should be light blue or white, red or yellow and orange and black to blower motor resistor which appears to be a 3 prong.
To the blower motor itself is a single orange or black OR a black/orange or black wire to blower motor. This wire appears to lead from the three prong harness to blower.

Yes, this car came with A/C but the previous owner removed it and cut all the wires. Since I found so many cut wires, I decided to buy a new engine wire harness. I have two wires that seem like they go to the resistor and the blower motor. The two wires are 1)blue and 2)black/orange. The only thing is the new wire harness didn't come with a three prong connector for the three prong resistor.
