Anyone install a Dakota Digital Dash?

Anybody install a Dakota Digital Dash in their Firebird? Just purchased one for a good price and wonder if it's difficult to install. I am working with a 4-speed car with standard gauge cluster (non rally). Looking for hints/tips or warnings if you have any.

May I ask what a good price was and where you bought it? I've been eye theirs for some time, just out of my range.
