Body tag says my car was 2 tone. I searched google like crazy and could not find pics of a 2 tone Firebird. Body tag says black on top and Mariner Turquoise on bottom. Wouldmlove to see the original appearance of my car.

My body tag does not mention a vinyl top. Interesting that evidently more than a few of these two tone cars were built, but nobody has pictures! I wonder if they've just all been converted to vinyl or solid body color.
Congrats on finding one, I gave up the search after the first page of Google links. Also, I've been trying to find a rear seat speaker for a big car. If I remember correctly, they were actually part of the seat.
But back to the picture at hand, my big question was whether or not they used the same molding that was used on the vinyl top. If this one pictured is correct, it would appear that they did.

There was a molding for the two tone. I don't know if it was exactly the same as the vinyl top (the parts index would tell for sure) but it was visually comparable.
