I recently purchased an aftermarket console for my 67 Conv project. Obviously it comes all black. My question is were these painted originally? The car is (going to be) Coronado Gold with a gold interior which was the original color. Just not sure if the console should be gold also. thanks
thanks. I've seen them all different ways: Painted all gold, gold sides with black top, all black. I'm not doing a "restoration" more of a "rebuild". But I'd like to stick more toward the original side of things. Thanks again
Now that looks familiar. Yes, gold on gold is correct.
Coronado is a beautiful color! You will enjoy that. Look through my photobucket if you want more pictures.
