I have a number of reasons but the one that matters most is I was lied to about the condition of the car when I bought it. It needs more work then I have skill to do. I've never welded or done body work and that's the one thing you can't pick up a manual and read how to do. I went through the engine and cleaned it up. I was told the motor was rebuilt and wanted to be sure it actually was. I can send you plenty of pic's of the tear down and internals of the engine. It was in fact rebuilt recently. The hone marks were still in the cylinder walls. The motor is in great shape. I actually bead blasted a lot of the parts and powder coated them myself. The engine bay looks great.
