Anyone have a photo of your exhaust pipes where they pass over the body flex-pan. Trying to determine if regular 2-1/2" pipe will fit, or should I use the oval pipe. If you use an x-pipe, is it before or after the brace ?
Ram Air Resto claims their 2-1/2 X-pipe kit fits over the brace, but the picture in their catalog suggests otherwise.
I have pics of my 2.5 inch pipes with the X-brace...I didnt use X pipes , but an H connection which is just before the brace...my brace is in stock position...hope these help. this was not an exhaust kit , but a custom job...flowmasters 40 , dual 2./5 in pipes, H connection...$500 at Meineke

THANKS for you photos. Armed with the pictures, I can start shopping for a shop to make the pipes. After talking to a bunch of people, I may skip the h-pipe/x-pipe in order to gain some flexibilty in fiting the pipes.
I've been told the R.A.R. kit WON'T work with the stock belly pan.
