my 69 vert came with the original am/fm installed. Previous owner had cut the harness and installed a pioneer radio on the console. said the original worked fine but was useless with the top down. I am trying to get the original working. Anybody have a schematic for the radio wiring. thanks

And if you mean an internal radio schematic, there has been a seller on EBay recently selling the Howard Sams schematics. I picked one up for my '68 AM PB a few months ago.

1) I do not have the plug. All I have is loose wiring on the car side. But yellow is power on the radio side, where does the grey go to .

2) Probably can fab up a plug for the radio but there are 3 connections in the picture. Is the 3rd a ground or is that the speaker audio out.

There are two power connections to the radio. Although you could check it out with a meter, I think the yellow should be the ACC (accessory +12) that will power up the radio when the key is ON or ACC. The grey is probably the radio light that will tie into the vehicle lights (I don't recall if the radio is on rheostat controlled 0-12v or solid 12v.) Again, check the wires with a voltmeter.
