I'm taking off my aftermarket Holley and replacing it with an original 7027263 MT Rochester Quadrajet. I was told that I need a carburetor adapter plate. Does anyone know where I can get one? Prefer original/NOS, but will buy aftermarket too. Thanks!

I take it you have an aftermarket square bore intake manifold?
Otherwise the OEM intake manifolds are set up for the spread bore Quadrajet.

There was a baffle, AMES part FN449KP. Basically a stainless steel plate. Not so much needed if you have correct gasket, most cars I've had went without. Carb sits on it, then it sits on gasket which sits on manifold. Serves to make sure the right passages are covered up or open. GM appears to have stopped using it after '67. If you are not sure you have the right gasket, then it comes in handy. Or else just get the right gasket (FN449KN). The harder thing with your swap will be getting the choke right (and perhaps linkage).
67S (only) have a passage in the manifold for exhaust to heat bottom of carb. The stainless steel plate is needed to prevent the carb gasket from burning through!
