Installing a new Water Pump in my 1968 350V8 Vert....wanted to know if anyone had these specs?

ft/lbs of torque for Water Pump bolts?
ft/lbs of torque for Belts?

Also, does the gasket sealer go between the pump/gasket and/or the gasket/timing cover & block?

I think it is 15lb ft. for the pump if you have the '67 and '68 set up with the 8 bolt pattern and two diverter plates.
Check pages 6A-3 for the assembly pattern (pump->gasket->divider->Housing->Timing cover.
Torque specs are on 6A-12

They probably have a 1968 manual, but I had this one book marked. Also want to make sure you get the divider clearance to the water pump impellars right. To big a gap and you might not get efficient cooling. Also people prefer the cast impellars to the stamped ones. Check this thread out for a crap ton of details.
