My 69 bird w/ac has the stock 60 amp alternator. I am wanting to install an amp for stereo. I am worried 60 amp is not enough juice. Has anyone switched to a one wire system and if so what is best way to do so?

If 60A isn't enough, you're going to need a hearing aid soon :-) I think you'll be fine.

Almost any amp takes 30-40 amps with ac load at idle it will not be enough ampage......my local stereo shop informed me.....and this is just a mild stereo upgrade.....
