I will documenting my upgrades to my 1968 Firebird at this website:

I've uploaded over 40 pictures there so far. In the near future I will be completely rebuilding a new subframe. I will be painting the subframe, adding new suspension components and doing a disc brake conversion. Not to mention adding a Corporate 10 bolt, posi, gears, axles and rear disc brake conversion. Now if it would only get warmer out so I could start painting parts! These 20° F "high" temperatures here are driving me crazy.

All the graphics were done in Adobe Photoshop CS, the webpage was built in Adobe ImageReady CS, and final HTML code was done in Microsoft Frontpage 2003 and uploaded to my site.

Who made the wheels you have on it. I had a 69 bird back when I was 19 and it had the same wheels but I can't remember who made them. I'd like to find a nice set for my 69 but can’t seem to find any information on manufacturer or what the style is..

Sorry I mean the old slotted mags that were on it.

I don't know. I did sell them to the 19 year old neighbor kid for $100. When I was 16 I put slotted mags on my 1971 Mach 1. They were that wide in the back (15x10) and they tucked into the wheelwells. On the Firebird they stuck out a good 2"-3" inches.

Ya , I saw the pix they do stick out quite a bit.. Anybody else Identify the rims and who made them. I would like to find a set of those slotted rims or go with the cragar 5 spoke classic S/S..
