I'm doing the same thing. Classic industries had a "4 speed console cover plate" used, with a picture, but when I added it to my cart its description changed to "hinge" for $0.05. Apparently that entire front cover plate can be changed. Still looking for one.

The guy I got my changeover parts actually cannibalized his console and modified it for automatic, but was nice enough to give me the chrome shift plate. I may see if that will work with some mods till I can get a proper one.
