I have heard before you store your car for a long peroid of time you should put alittle oil in the carb while the car is still running before you shut it off for the sleep. Any thoughts on this?

I use marine fogging oil. Just before storage I remove the air filter, spray the fogging oil down the carb until the engine stalls. Had great success for the past couple of years. She starts right up after 6 months of hibernation.

I am jelous. I hate putting my FB to sleep for that long! Way too long. We have some long and COLD winters so it it nice to know the Bird is warm, dry and sleeping. Spring will soon be here.
