I bought car with these laying in the trunk, no carpet installed. I understand they cover the wiring on the rockers, but does anyone have a pic of them installed? I dont have any exisintg holes due to new floors and confused how they are supposed to fit.
They bolt to the rocker panels and cover the wiring channel on the driver's side. I don't have any pics to share, I just remember removing them to put in my full length floor pans. The flat edge goes towards the door and the curved section to the interior of the car. They are held in with some sheetmetal screws. If you didn't replace the riocker panels, the attaching points should still be there.
Oh, and thecnically they should not have any paint on them. Pete must have went a little wild with the overspray.
They are raw galvanized the whole way.
