Hi, i start the full floor job in my car and had to move. So i put in the floor with metal screw and now i'm getting ready to weld it. I want to be sure every thing is in the right location. I just print out from the shop manual the body measures (1969). Are these measurement accurate or they are some errors.

thank you

Not sure if it can rack, when I installed mine there was no way to move it side to side the fit was tight, front to back was a no brainer to had to stop when it hit frame rails, I can see out of level maybe but I couldn't have racked mine out of square if I tried, I'll finally be done welding mine in tomorrow

I'm asking the question because imeasure bumper bolt at the back and mesurement is longer about 3/8 and i also measure the rear frame rail that was replace by a jobber one couple years ago and measure is also longer. So i'm not sure if tram gauge is off or the car is.

If measure are off but the rear is sqare and level can i weld it like that. A friend told me that some of the mesures between car could be slightly off.

Sorry I'm not understanding, is the trunk pan out also? Not sure where your measuring the bumper bolt to. I'll be in the shop welding on mine again today since the snow has put me out of work again this week, I can get measurements off mine if i could understand exactly what you need from where to where

Measure I and L from the under body alignement sheet.
I measure is between the second master hole in the front of the rear frame rail and the bottom center of the rear shackle hole

L measure is the bottom bracket bolt in the trunk that hold the bumper bracket on the right side and the same one on the left side.

thank you

I'll see what I can do tomorrow, I'll be under it anyway. I think my lift is using the holes in the front of the frame rails but I will get as close as possible.
